Selecting Plants Please browse through our online catalogues for Hosta and Banana plants to locate the particular specimen that you are looking for. If you are looking for a particular variety that you do not see on our website, please email us with the plant details together with your contact details and we will do our best to source it for you. If you prefer not to order online via PayPal, please download our Order Form and post your order to us.
Postage and Packaging All our plants are shipped bare-rooted and soil-less to reduce postage costs and to enable us to package your plant securely. Orders are sent via the Royal Mail postal service. P&P Fees Medium and large banana plants - £4.99 p&p per plant. Small banana plants and all hostas:

Orders for small banana plants and hostas over £60.00 will receive FREE p&p which will be sent using the 3-5 day Royal Mail postal service. Costs shown apply to U.K mainland only. Offshore deliveries can be arranged at cost. Please contact us for details. Our P&P charges cover the actual postage costs, labels, packaging and bags. New Forest Hostas & Bananas are not liable for any loss or damage or late delivery caused by the Post Office unless plants are sent via Special Delivery which will incur an additional cost. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for collection in person.
Payment We accept payment by the following methods: PayPal Payments using Credit and Debit Cards - Preferred Place your order online via our PayPal shopping cart system. Cheques in GBP If you prefer to mail your order and payment, please download and print out our Order Form and send your order together with your cheque for payment to the address shown. Payments by cheque will require funds to clear at the bank before plants are sent out. No plants will be posted until full payment has been received.
